Hi, I’m Meredith, a licensed Realtor® with nearly nine years of experience serving our local community. I was born and raised in Williams Township, PA, and now live along the Delaware River in Upper Bucks County — a place I’m proud to call home. Growing up here gives me a deep appreciation for our neighborhoods, history, and the character that makes each town unique.

I graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and I bring that strategic background into every listing and negotiation. I’m also actively involved in our local real estate board, serving on the MLS Committee and Professional Standards Committee, and proudly chairing the Diversity and Community Involvement Committee. Staying involved allows me to advocate for both my clients and our community while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me outdoors walking or hiking, taking a Pilates class, cooking, traveling, or spending time with my Golden Retriever, Leo, and my black cat, Steven. Family is everything to me — I have dinner with my parents at least twice a week — and I cherish time with friends, and volunteering, especially helping the elderly.

Fun fact: I also bartend when I’m able — because I truly love connecting with people from all walks of life.

I’ve always been drawn to history and “old” things — especially historic homes and the stories they carry. I have a particular interest in World War II history and was fortunate to study abroad in Poland during college, where I also traveled to the Czech Republic. I’ve also traveled to Spain and Germany, experiences that deepened my appreciation for culture, architecture, and tradition.

At my core, I’m a down-to-earth professional who works tirelessly for my clients while still believing the process should be enjoyable. Real estate is about more than transactions — it’s about relationships, trust, and helping people find where they truly feel at home.
